SHIPPING
How it Works
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery after sending in your order via our website. The majority of our orders are highly personalised, and nearly all are made-to-order. We aim to process and dispatch your order within 7-10 days of receiving your order. If you do require your order sooner, please do not hesitate to get in touch, as we may be able to arrange this for you.
All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked services, to track our items from our door to yours!
Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked is our more affordable postage option, which can be added at checkout for £1.50. This service is free on orders over £25.
Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked is optional at checkout for an added £2.50. This service is free on orders over £50.
Postal charges will be applied to the large wedding signage for an additional £8 per order.
All dispatch times quoted are approximate and are stated in working days excluding Bank Holidays and Weekends.
We can not be held responsible for orders that are received after this time all dispatch times are an estimate.
Ivy + Birch will not be held responsible for parcels that are not received due to failure to sign for.
Please Note - Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). Ivy + Birch can not be held responsible for late orders in these circumstance.
RETURNS
Policy Information
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we are sure that you will love your Ivy + Birch product, however if in the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately by email to rectify the problem.
Unfortunately products that have been made specific to your requirements, or have been personalised can not be returned unless faulty or the order is incorrect and Ivy + Birch have admitted fault.
We cannot accept liability for incorrectly personalised items if your instructions were not reasonably clear. Extra care must be taken when submitting your personalisation instructions. The cost of re making and re issuing in this event will be charged to the customer.
The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that the shipping details are correct. We are in no respect responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you. The cost of re issuing the parcel will be charged direct to the customer.
On Receiving Your Order
Please inspect the goods immediately to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and all details are correct as per order sheet submitted.
You may return or exchange faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. All goods must be in their original packaging and must not have been damaged further or altered in any way. If the above terms are adhered to a full refund will be given.
We advise that you return goods to us using either Recorded Mail or Special Delivery service obtaining proof of posting, as we accept no responsibility whatsoever for goods which get lost or damaged in transit.
Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to our Customer Services Team and agreed that doing so won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Ivy + Birch have taken every possible care to ensure that all product descriptions and details are as accurate as possible. Please note that all our products are made to order and therefore may slightly differ to the picture shown on the website, this may include, colour, wood grain, shape and size.
There is no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timelines, performance, completeness or suitability of the information, materials, colours or content found. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

CONTRACT BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND SELLER
Each order you place shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the goods specified from us.
No order shall be deemed to be accepted by Ivy + Birch until we issue an email acknowledgement of order processing.
The contract between you and Ivy + Birch will relate only to those goods notified in the email acknowledgement of order.
PERSONALISATION
All personalised items are made to order and have varying lead times according to the type of product and time of year. We cannot accept liability for incorrectly personalised items if your instructions were not reasonably clear. Extra care must be taken when submitting your personalisation instructions.
All spellings and details must be thoroughly checked by the customer before submitting the order.
It is important that you check that your text is spelt correctly, with required grammar and that you are happy with any specific requested details.
If you should require a proof of artwork before your order is engraved please email the workshop at Ivy + Birch.
Delivery times for all products including personalised and customised are included with the product detail. Please note that personalised items can take up to 28 days for delivery, however, we aim to have them delivered to you in less time than this (see individual product for details).
If you require a product for a specific date please email Ivy + Birch and we can advise you if this is possible.
GENERAL TERM AGREEMENTS
All products are only available while stocks last. All delivery timescales are approximate, and lead times are quoted in working days excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping details are correct. We are in no respect responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.
• All prices are correct at the time of input onto the site - ivyandbirch.co.uk and we endeavour to ensure all pricing information is accurate.
• All prices given for products available via the website are in UK Sterling and are inclusive of delivery charges.
From time to time the website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website or content to which we have no responsibility.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporality unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control. Any work designed and produced on the website is property of Ivy + Birch and action will be taken if it is found that our work has been reproduced without prior permission in writing from a Company Director.
Legal action will be taken if it is found that any bespoke wording is taken from any product design and is used without permission in any form.
Intellectual Property is the collective term for the rights arising under the law relating to Copyright, Unregistered Design Rights, Registered Design Rights, Patents, Trade Marks, Passing Office, Utility Models and the Law of Confidence. Intellectual property represents original work that can be legally protected.
